- May 15, 2012 – Trial: Cells and Waves, a new work for electric guitar, piano and percussion, was premiered at Elebash Hall, CUNY Graduate Center, in New York City.
- March 7, 2012 – Sisters Face West for violin and cello was performed at the Women Composers Festival of Hartford.
- February 27, 2012 – New selections from La traición de las imágenes (The Treachery of Images) were performed at Brooklyn College Conservatory. This song cycle for mezzo-soprano, flute, viola, contrabass and prepared piano was inspired by the surrealist art of René Magritte. Listen to excerpts here, here, and here.
- January 2012 – Clarinetist Christopher Rohrs produced a multitrack recording of Rebekah’s canon In Which They Are Received. Hear it here.
- December 5, 2011 – ConTempo premiered songs from La traición de las imágenes at Brooklyn College Conservatory.
- August 2011 – Several of Rebekah’s scores are now available through the online sheet music distributor NewMusicShelf.
- May 9 and 22, 2011 – In Which They Are Received for six clarinets was performed in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Listen to an excerpt here.
- April 7, 2011 – The Conservatory Orchestra at Brooklyn College presented Looking After.
- March 13, 2011 – Choral Chameleon premiered Out of Her Place, a piece inspired by Susan B. Anthony, in New York City. Listen to an excerpt here.
- February 2011 – Rebekah’s orchestral work History of Blue Life (Condensed) was selected for inclusion in the Vox Novus Orchestra 60x60 project. More information here.
- December 6, 2010 – Music from Consciousness is the Creature of Rhythm, a theatrical work based on Ambrose Bierce’s short story Moxon’s Master, was performed in Brooklyn, NY. Watch the video here.
- November 23, 2010 – Manhattan Wind Ensemble performed Tectonic Voice in New York City.
- October 31, 2010 – Percussionist Laura Jordan played Tuesday Evening Commute for solo marimba in New York City.
- October 12, 2010 – Opus 5 Woodwind Quintet and soprano Abigail Chapman performed The River Merchant’s Wife in Denver, Colorado.
- September 2010 – an excerpt posted from a recording of Mantra for treble voices and percussion.
- August 17, 2010 – Sing to the Nebula was performed by Grupo Novo da Uni-Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Watch the video here.
